उत्तराखंड में सर्दी ने समय से पहले ही दस्तक देने के संकेत दे दिए हैं। राज्य के उच्च पर्वतीय इलाकों में तापमान में गिरावट दर्ज की जा रही है। मौसम विभाग के अनुसार, 21 अक्टूबर को प्रदेशभर में मौसम साफ रहेगा, लेकिन 22 अक्टूबर से पहाड़ी क्षेत्रों में हल्की बर्फबारी और बारिश की संभावना जताई गई है।
विशेष रूप से बदरीनाथ, केदारनाथ, हेमकुंड साहिब, औली और मुनस्यारी जैसे ऊंचाई वाले इलाकों में बर्फबारी की चेतावनी दी गई है। इससे निचले क्षेत्रों में भी ठंड में इजाफा हो सकता है।
मौसम विभाग के निदेशक बिक्रम सिंह के अनुसार, “पश्चिमी विक्षोभ के प्रभाव से 22 तारीख से मौसम में परिवर्तन देखने को मिलेगा। पर्यटकों और स्थानीय लोगों को सावधानी बरतने की सलाह दी जाती है।”
इसी के साथ, देहरादून, हरिद्वार, ऋषिकेश और नैनीताल जैसे मैदानी क्षेत्रों में फिलहाल मौसम शुष्क बना रहेगा, लेकिन सुबह-शाम की ठंड में हल्की बढ़ोतरी महसूस की जा सकती है।
