उत्तराखंड में पारंपरिक चिकित्सा प्रणाली को बढ़ावा देने की दिशा में एक बड़ा कदम उठाते हुए राज्य सरकार ने आयुष टेली-परामर्श सेवाओं की शुरुआत करने की घोषणा की है। इस पहल के तहत, राज्य के दूरदराज़ इलाकों में रहने वाले नागरिक अब आयुर्वेद, योग, यूनानी, सिद्ध और होम्योपैथी जैसी चिकित्सा पद्धतियों के विशेषज्ञों से ऑनलाइन सलाह ले सकेंगे।
मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने इस सेवा की घोषणा करते हुए कहा, “प्रदेशवासियों को गुणवत्तापूर्ण स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं उपलब्ध कराने के लिए सरकार डिजिटल स्वास्थ्य समाधान पर तेज़ी से काम कर रही है। आयुष टेली-परामर्श के माध्यम से लोगों को बिना अस्पताल गए घर बैठे सलाह मिल सकेगी।”
हर जिले में बनेंगे आयुष वैलनेस केंद्र
सीएम धामी ने यह भी बताया कि जल्द ही प्रदेश के प्रत्येक जिले में ‘आयुष वैलनेस केंद्र’ स्थापित किए जाएंगे। इन केंद्रों पर योग, प्राणायाम, आयुर्वेदिक चिकित्सा, औषधीय पौधों की जानकारी और जीवनशैली संबंधी परामर्श भी उपलब्ध कराए जाएंगे।
सीएम धामी ने कहा – “हमारा लक्ष्य है कि आधुनिक तकनीक के साथ पारंपरिक चिकित्सा पद्धतियों का लाभ प्रदेश के अंतिम व्यक्ति तक पहुंचे। आयुष का ‘प्रिवेंटिव हेल्थ’ मॉडल, उत्तराखंड जैसे पहाड़ी राज्य के लिए बेहद उपयुक्त है।”
डिजिटल हेल्थ में उत्तराखंड की प्रगति
राज्य सरकार आयुष के साथ-साथ डिजिटल हेल्थ मिशन को भी बढ़ावा दे रही है। टेलीमेडिसिन, ई-हॉस्पिटल, हेल्थ कार्ड जैसे प्रोजेक्ट्स के जरिए अब गांवों तक भी स्वास्थ्य सुविधाएं पहुंच रही हैं।
स्वास्थ्य विशेषज्ञों की सराहना
स्वास्थ्य क्षेत्र के विशेषज्ञों ने सरकार के इस कदम की सराहना की है और कहा है कि आयुष सेवाओं का डिजिटलीकरण स्वास्थ्य के क्षेत्र में एक नई क्रांति ला सकता है।
आयुर्वेद के प्रचार-प्रसार के लिए काम
मुख्यमंत्री ने विश्वास व्यक्त किया कि यह पवित्र स्थल आयुर्वेद, योग, औषधीय वनस्पतियों और समग्र स्वास्थ्य के क्षेत्र में उपयोगी होने के साथ ही प्राकृतिक चिकित्सा के क्षेत्र में नवाचार, अनुसंधान और प्रशिक्षण को बढ़ावा देने में अहम भूमिका निभाएगा। उन्होंने कहा, आयुर्वेद विश्व की एक ऐसी विशिष्ट चिकित्सा प्रणाली है, जो प्राचीन काल से ही मानव सभ्यता का आरोग्य सुनिश्चित करती आ रही है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि राज्य सरकार प्रदेश में आयुर्वेद के प्रचार-प्रसार के लिए लगातार काम कर रही है। प्रदेश में आयुष आधारित 300 से अधिक आयुष्मान आरोग्य केंद्र संचालित किए जा रहे हैं। हर जिले में 50 और 10 बेड वाले आयुष चिकित्सालयों की स्थापना की जा रही है। प्रदेश में आयुष नीति को लागू कर औषधि निर्माण, वैलनेस, शिक्षा, शोध और औषधीय पौधों के उत्पादन एवं संवर्धन के लिए भी ठोस कदम उठाए जा रहे हैं।
